Social Media Marketer - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketer to work the night shift and drive engaging content for our agency’s clients. The role involves planning, publishing, and monitoring posts across multiple platforms while collaborating with a creative team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies aligned with client objectives such as brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and traffic.
• Create monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Engage with audiences daily by responding to comments, DMs, running contests and identifying sales opportunities.
• Track performance metrics (likes, shares, clicks, follower growth) and produce weekly and monthly reports with optimisation recommendations.
• Update Zoho Projects daily and coordinate with writers, designers, sales and project coordinators to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor platform updates and propose new formats such as Reels, live sessions or Shorts to maximise reach.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on social media management for brands or agencies.
• Portfolio of successful campaigns and at least three sample calendars or posts.
• Strong copy‑writing ability and understanding of platform algorithms.
• Experience working in a night‑shift schedule (09:00 pm‑06:00 am).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Buffer, Canva and social media analytics tools.
• Comfortable using Zoho Projects and Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
