Social Media Marketing & Content Creator Intern

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing & Content Creator Intern to help grow our presence across social channels and turn our in‑studio, walkable floor‑plan experience into engaging short‑form content. This hands‑on role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate passionate about social media, video production, and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and edit short‑form video and photo content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) showcasing the life‑size walkable floor plan and client sessions.
• Capture on‑site content during client walkthroughs, handling filming, basic direction, and lightweight production.
• Draft copy, captions, and hashtags in a consistent brand voice and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts, track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report on performance.
• Engage the community by responding to comments, messages and highlighting user‑generated content, testimonials and reviews.
• Research trends, audio, formats and competitor content, pitching fresh ideas for homeowners, architects, builders and developers.
• Repurpose session recordings, testimonials and project highlights into multi‑platform content and support franchise‑awareness and location‑launch campaigns.
• Coordinate with studio and marketing team members to align content with promotions, events and brand standards.

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, media, design or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Active, fluent user of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with strong awareness of short‑form trends.
• Hands‑on experience filming and editing short‑form video using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Rush, Canva or equivalent.
• Strong written communication, eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working on‑site in the studio; a portfolio, reel or sample social accounts is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) is a plus.
• Interest in real estate, architecture, construction or design tech is a plus.
