Social Media & Marketing Content Writer

About the role

This is a shared content role that supports both the social media and marketing teams. You will turn campaign briefs, product updates and social plans into engaging posts, blogs, emails and ad copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram posts, captions, carousels and short‑video scripts according to the content calendar.
• Draft blogs, case studies, whitepapers, press releases, newsletters, webinar scripts and ad copy for paid social and search.
• Apply SEO keywords, track performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, leads, CTR, conversions) and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors, repurpose core assets across channels and use AI tools for drafting and research.
• Provide daily hand‑over summaries to the day‑time teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Computer Science or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in social media or marketing content writing, preferably in a tech/software environment.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for social and marketing formats.
• Good understanding of IT trends, software products and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in email and content platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot and WordPress.
• Basic design knowledge using Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI drafting tools and basic video editing (CapCut).
