Social Media Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join Meezab Future Consulting in Islamabad. The role will drive brand awareness, lead generation and community engagement across our education management and travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars and campaign plans aligned with seasonal demand cycles such as Hajj/Umrah peaks and related educational offerings.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including short‑form video, graphics, and copy tailored to Pakistani audiences.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages, moderating conversations, and escalating inquiries to sales or operations teams.
• Run paid social media campaigns: audience targeting, A/B testing of creatives and copy, budget pacing, and performance optimisation to maximise leads and conversions.
• Monitor analytics and produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for content and targeting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Urdu with clear captions and calls‑to‑action.
• Experience creating short‑form video and static creative assets.
• Hands‑on paid social advertising experience, including campaign setup and budget management.
• Analytical ability to interpret platform analytics, UTM tracking and Excel/Google Sheets data.
• Effective community‑management skills, maintaining brand tone and escalation protocols.
• Project‑management capability to handle content calendars, coordination and deadlines.
• Understanding of local market behaviour for religious travel and seasonal demand patterns.
