Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team on‑site in Multan. You will lead the planning, creation and management of social media campaigns that boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create content calendars and coordinate with design and content teams.
• Optimize posts using best practices and monitor performance with analytics tools.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align social activities with broader digital strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, algorithm changes and industry developments.
• Analyze results, prepare performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing expertise, including campaign planning and audience engagement.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media optimization (SMO).
• Ability to craft platform‑specific content strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for client and cross‑functional interaction.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, business or equivalent practical experience.
• Organizational talent with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset, attention to detail and basic understanding of visual branding and copywriting.
• Agency experience or work with multiple brands is a plus.
