Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

RAAHI, a premium Pakistani streetwear brand preparing for launch, is seeking a creative and digitally‑driven Social Media Marketing Manager. You will own the brand’s social presence from the ground up, shaping how the label is introduced to the local market and eventually a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Build monthly and seasonal content calendars aligned with collection launches, campaigns, collaborations and cultural moments.
• Generate concepts for Reels, short‑form videos, editorial pieces and behind‑the‑scenes content that reflect RAAHI’s premium visual identity.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, stylists and other creative partners to produce high‑quality social‑first assets.
• Manage community interactions, monitor comments and messages, and nurture brand advocates.
• Identify and engage relevant influencers, creators and cultural voices for collaborations and seeding programs.
• Analyze performance metrics, report insights and continuously refine tactics to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of fashion, streetwear culture and current social media trends.
• Excellent storytelling ability and a knack for translating travel‑inspired narratives into visual content.
• Comfortable planning campaigns, writing copy, coordinating shoots and spotting emerging opportunities.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑moving pre‑launch environment.
