Social Media Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Social Media Strategist to own and grow our presence across social channels. The role will develop and execute organic and paid social strategies to increase brand visibility, reach, and engagement, with a strong focus on measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage both organic content and paid social campaigns to drive brand visibility and audience growth.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand, product, and campaign priorities.
• Monitor platform algorithm changes and adjust tactics to maximize organic reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and campaign data to optimize strategy and report on outreach and growth impact.
• Identify trends, partnership, and influencer opportunities to expand brand reach.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, growth marketing, or a related role.
• Proven track record of scaling brand visibility and reach, with case studies or measurable metrics.
• Analytical mindset with experience using platform analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills; healthcare or professional‑services marketing experience is a plus.
