Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails

About the role

Devsinc is seeking a motivated Software Engineer with at least one year of hands‑on experience in Ruby on Rails and React.js. The role involves building new web applications and enhancing existing ones while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure Ruby code based on specifications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Create and maintain automated test cases to guarantee robustness and reliability.
• Debug and resolve issues promptly.
• Document application features, functionality, and usage guides.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to align solutions with business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to project changes.
