Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst

About the role

The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst ensures that digital products are reliable, secure, and user‑friendly throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to validate requirements and guarantee release readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements to derive test scenarios, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrices.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and exploratory testing for web and software applications.
• Record, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and impact details.
• Collaborate with developers to investigate issues, validate fixes, and support release cycles.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience testing web applications or software products across browsers and devices.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, QA processes, defect life‑cycle, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable test cases based on requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with development teams while meeting testing deadlines.
