Software Sales Executive

About the role

Toheedsoft is looking for a motivated, results-driven Software Sales Executive in Lahore with 1-2 years of experience in software sales. The role centres on finding potential customers, understanding their business needs, presenting software solutions and turning leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, social media, email, networking and other sales channels.
• Identify and approach customers who may benefit from POS, ERP, CRM and business management software.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits and pricing.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations.
• Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and coordinate with technical, implementation and support teams when needed.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in software sales or B2B sales; experience selling POS, ERP, CRM, accounting or inventory software is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable giving software demonstrations and building long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
