About the role

We are seeking a Solar Engineer / Site Engineer to design, install and supervise solar PV systems in Karachi. The role involves on‑site management, ensuring performance, safety and quality throughout project phases.

Key responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and assist in designing on‑grid, off‑grid and hybrid solar systems.
Supervise installation, commissioning and maintenance activities on site.
Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety protocols.
Coordinate material procurement and manage project timelines with cross‑functional teams.
Troubleshoot on‑site issues and prepare detailed project reports.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in solar projects.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Required skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Experience with PVSyst for solar simulation.
Ability to perform basic electrical calculations.
