Solution Architect – Applications, AI & Power Platform

About the role

Project Accountants is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern applications, AI‑enabled solutions, and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives. The role combines strategic architecture with hands‑on development to drive digital transformation and business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures across web, cloud, AI, and Power Platform environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Lead development and delivery of maintainable applications and digital products.
• Architect AI‑enabled solutions using Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools.
• Create integrations, APIs, and cloud‑native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Build prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to validate ideas.
• Provide technical leadership to internal and external development teams.
• Review designs, code, and approaches to ensure quality and scalability.
• Collaborate on solution roadmaps, priorities, and implementation plans.
• Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery.
• Establish development standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Experience leading development teams or coordinating external partners.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Preferred: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect and Power Platform Solution Architect certifications.
