Solution Architect – IT Services

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal position you will act as the technical anchor for complex, strategic client engagements, translating business challenges into scalable, resilient, and cost‑optimized technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architectural design for large‑scale IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects.
• Develop comprehensive solution blueprints covering architecture, integration patterns, data flow, security, and operational models.
• Partner with sales and account teams to craft technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, including effort estimation and risk assessment.
• Deliver technical presentations and architecture demonstrations to C‑level stakeholders.
• Act as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the architectural vision and non‑functional requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering leads to mitigate technical risks and resolve design conflicts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Solutions or Enterprise Architecture role within an IT services or systems integration environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted advisor relationships with client architects and IT leadership.

Required skills

• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (professional/specialty certification preferred).
• Hybrid infrastructure: VMware virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, hyper‑converged infrastructure.
• Application modernization: microservices, Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), CI/CD pipelines.
• Networking & security: SD‑WAN, Zero Trust architecture, firewalls, identity management (IAM).
