Solution Engineer

About the role

Krypton Solutions is seeking a Solution Engineer to join its Solutions Team. The role focuses on designing client‑centric, technically robust solutions for energy, power, and control systems, bridging business development, engineering, and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and develop solution architectures, workflows, and system designs for power/energy, automation & control, and digital engineering.
• Create solution documentation, diagrams, and technical write‑ups.
• Support business development with technical discussions, SOW preparation, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Participate in client meetings to refine solutions and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Assist with effort estimation, timelines, resource planning, risk identification, and assumptions.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure implementations meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Facilitate smooth transition from design to delivery and provide technical clarifications during execution.
• Continuously build domain knowledge in energy systems, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Stay updated on relevant tools, technologies, and industry trends, contributing to internal solution frameworks and reusable assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in solution engineering, presales, technical consulting, or engineering roles with client/project exposure.
