Solutions Architect

About the role

The Solutions Architect will translate business requirements into a comprehensive software design that guides the implementation team, ensuring the project is delivered according to the agreed blueprint.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in presales, user‑experience design, sprint planning, development and delivery phases, reviewing overall proposals.
• Provide technical input on wireframes and produce a Solutions Design Document to give clear direction to the development team.
• Ensure the implementation team follows the design, document any changes, and review the work produced.
• Deliver training to developers and act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and the team.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience, preferably as a full‑stack developer, with at least 4 years making architecture and design decisions.
• Proven ability to work in diverse, multi‑stakeholder environments and strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of coding languages, operating systems and databases.

Required skills

• Superior communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers and software vendors.
• Project and resource management to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle and hardware engineering where applicable.
• Risk identification and management to anticipate short‑ and long‑term technical issues.
