Solutions Architect – .NET & Microservices

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design, development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The role focuses on .NET technologies, micro‑services and full‑stack development, and requires strong leadership to mentor teams and drive technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage software development teams across multiple projects.
• Design and architect enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Core/.NET 8 and Microsoft MVC Framework.
• Develop front‑end solutions with Angular, Razor syntax, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Design and implement micro‑services‑based architectures for high‑performance systems.
• Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs with authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX, QA and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage database design and development in SQL Server using Code‑First and Database‑First approaches.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and drive unit testing and quality processes.
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices, plan sprints and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide strategic direction.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of professional software development experience with .NET technologies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
