About the role
Shireen Islam General Hospital is looking for a qualified Sonologist to join its Radiology & Diagnostic team on a morning shift. The role involves performing high‑quality ultrasound examinations and delivering accurate diagnostic reports in a busy hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and interpret a variety of ultrasound examinations.
- Prepare precise diagnostic reports for referring clinicians.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment according to best practices.
- Ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with consultants and clinical teams for optimal patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostic centre.
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures and imaging equipment.
- Valid professional registration or licence where applicable.
