About the role

Custodex Solutions, a Lahore‑based BPO, is looking for a Spanish Customer Support Executive to deliver courteous and timely assistance to its clients. The role involves handling inquiries in Spanish, maintaining high accuracy, and upholding professional standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and service requests in Spanish through approved support channels.
• Listen actively, identify needs, and provide accurate information based on company procedures.
• Resolve routine issues efficiently and escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
• Record interactions, updates, and resolutions accurately in support systems.
• Maintain service quality, response‑time, and customer‑satisfaction standards.
• Protect customer information and follow banking‑related confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish with strong comprehension.
• Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience, empathy, and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to explain information clearly and handle challenging conversations calmly.
• Strong problem‑solving, judgment, and escalation capabilities.
• Reliable time management and ability to meet performance targets in a team‑based support operation.
