Speech Language Pathologist (Home Session)

About the role

This position offers a 1‑hour daily home‑based session for a qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist in Multan. The professional will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, with a focus on children on the autism spectrum.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions, integrating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles when appropriate.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and families to provide education and counseling.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.
• Current professional licensure or eligibility for licensure as required by local regulations.
• Experience working with communication and language disorders, including dysphagia.
• Familiarity with autism spectrum disorders and integration of ABA principles into therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills for interaction with clients, families, and team members.
