SQA Automation Engineer - Dynamics 365 CRM

About the role

We are looking for a senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead test automation for our digital banking solutions. The role focuses on building robust automated test suites for web and mobile applications, ensuring high‑quality, secure, and compliant banking services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs.
• Create and maintain UI automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright.
• Develop API test scripts with Postman and REST Assured.
• Participate in shift‑left testing by reviewing requirements and collaborating early with developers and product owners.
• Continuously explore new testing tools, including AI‑assisted solutions, to improve coverage and efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the digital banking domain.
• Strong knowledge of banking workflows such as Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and digital channels.
• Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
• Familiarity with shift‑left testing practices and DevOps collaboration.
• ISTQB certification.
