Sr. Executive Utilities & HVAC

About the role

The Senior Executive Utilities & HVAC will ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and optimisation of plant utility and HVAC systems. This position supports continuous production by maintaining equipment performance, safety compliance and energy efficiency. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to meet facility and production needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain utility and HVAC systems to guarantee uninterrupted plant operations.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for all utility and facility equipment.
• Track system performance, analyse data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, operational logs and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Tech degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in utilities, HVAC, facilities management or plant engineering.
• Strong understanding of utility and HVAC system operations.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with maintenance reporting tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals.
