Staff Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role supports our global operations from Pakistan, working closely with senior leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, recording and posting closing entries.
• Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations and management reports.
• Conduct detailed analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
• Handle bank payments, bank reconciliations, and processing of customer billing, vendor invoices, and employee expense reports.
• Prepare and file tax returns for IRS, HMRC, and CRA.
• Collaborate closely with the line manager and senior members of the company.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Qualified professional accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ICMA).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – proficient with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
