Staff Accountant - US

About the role

HCA Consulting Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support its US‑focused operations. The role is based onsite in Phase 8, DHA, Lahore and works from 6 PM to 2 AM, handling a range of accounting and finance tasks for the holding company and its portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile credit‑card and bank accounts, manage AP/AR, invoicing and bill payments.
• Enter journal entries, complete monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations and lead month‑end closing.
• Prepare consolidated reports for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
• Support newly onboarded operating companies with accounting set‑up and compliance.
• Assist with audit requests, internal controls and implementation of consistent accounting practices.

Required profile

• ACCA/ICMA finalist or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 6 months to 48 months of relevant experience, preferably in public or corporate accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero or Microsoft Business Central.
• Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
