Startup Corporate Affairs & Fundraising Associate

About the role

The Startup Corporate Affairs & Fundraising Associate will work directly with the Founder to drive fundraising initiatives, manage investor relations, and support the company’s global expansion and corporate governance efforts. This position blends strong business acumen with meticulous organizational abilities in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the fundraising pipeline, maintain investor CRM, and coordinate fundraising timelines.
• Research venture funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, corporate VCs, and angel investors; prepare investor profiles and meeting briefs.
• Maintain virtual data rooms, support the creation of investment memorandums, and assist with financial models and fundraising materials.
• Track fundraising KPIs, report progress, and coordinate investor due diligence.
• Lead corporate affairs initiatives, including research on global startup ecosystems, incentives, and optimal jurisdictions for corporate structures.
• Coordinate international company formation, corporate governance documentation, statutory filings, and compliance across multiple entities.
• Collaborate with external legal, tax, and compliance advisors; assist with contract administration and IP registration.
• Develop a global office network by researching coworking providers, local partners, and operational infrastructure in new markets.
