About the role

Aakilarose is an emerging startup focused on digital media, communications and brand development. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Startup Growth, Digital Media & Communications Manager in Lahore. The role develops and executes integrated digital media and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, audience growth and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media campaigns
• Craft press releases and key messages
• Maintain media relations
• Oversee content creation for digital channels
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Ensure consistent, strategic communication across platforms
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on product launches, partnerships and startup growth initiatives

Required profile

• Strong communication and strategic communications skills
• Experience in digital content planning, audience engagement and community management
• Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Business); startup, agency or digital media experience preferred
• Startup launch experience, influencer and community marketing, and understanding of online marketplaces
