About the role

We are seeking a talented Static Ads Designer to craft high‑converting visual creatives for direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce brands on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You will translate performance‑driven briefs into eye‑catching static ads that boost click‑through and sales.

Key responsibilities

Design static ad creatives tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
Create scroll‑stopping concepts that capture attention and drive conversions.
Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines while applying performance‑marketing principles.
Iterate and revise creatives based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

Proven experience designing static ads for e‑commerce or DTC brands.
Strong understanding of direct‑response and performance marketing.
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

Required skills

Proficiency with Photoshop.
Proficiency with Illustrator.
Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
