Static Graphics & UI/UX Designer (Associate)

About the role

Khan Home Digital Solutions is looking for a Static Graphics & UI/UX Designer (Associate) to create brand‑consistent visual assets and usable digital interfaces. The role supports the agency’s creative delivery, marketing initiatives and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create static assets for social media, paid advertising, websites and presentations following briefs and brand guidelines.
• Research competitor creative, platform formats and audience preferences, and explain how findings inform design choices.
• Produce campaign layouts, banners, carousels, thumbnails and reusable templates with clear typography and visual hierarchy.
• Adapt creative for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring correct dimensions and legibility.
• Develop user journeys, flows and low‑fidelity wireframes, then translate them into responsive web/mobile layouts and clickable prototypes.
• Prepare reusable UI components, design specifications and annotations for accurate developer hand‑offs.
• Collaborate with copy, SMM/PPC and motion design colleagues, review implemented interfaces and ensure visual consistency, accessibility and export quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of agency experience with direct client communication.
• Portfolio showing both static graphic design and web/app interface work with clear personal contributions.
• Experience preparing creative formats for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Ability to interpret briefs, explain design decisions, incorporate revisions and manage organized files.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with design systems, accessibility‑aware design, landing‑page conversion design, and relevant graphic or interaction design education.

Required skills

• Figma (or equivalent prototyping tool) for wireframes, responsive layouts and clickable prototypes.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva Pro for graphics production.
• Familiarity with Penpot, Photopea, GIMP, Inkscape, Krita or InDesign.
• Competence in layout, grids, typography, colour and vector/raster asset preparation.
