STEAM Teacher – Hands‑on Coding & Robotics

About the role

BrainLabs is seeking a passionate STEAM Teacher to design and deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Islamabad, and focuses on coding, robotics and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and teach STEAM classes tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels.
• Guide students through project‑based learning, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
• Adapt curriculum materials to match student needs and assess progress with constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with BrainLabs teams and school partners to align teaching with current STEAM trends.
• Participate in workshops, competitions and continuous improvement of instructional practices.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in education and teaching, preferably with STEAM, robotics or coding experience.
• Ability to design effective lesson plans for varied learners.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Experience training or mentoring students or educators in technology‑focused environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM, Computer Science or related field; teaching certification is a plus.
• Comfort with educational technology tools, LMS platforms and classroom hardware.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with STEAM education trends.
