Store Officer - Customer Service

About the role

Dawlance is seeking a dynamic Store Officer to join its Customer Service team in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on spare parts planning, inventory control, and store operations to support technicians, franchises and walk‑in customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan spare parts requirements based on forecasts and branch consumption, coordinating demand with the Central Store.
• Receive, verify and store spare parts, ensuring proper layout, stacking and organization.
• Prioritize parts for critical customer complaints and PNA cases, issuing them to technicians, CWS, franchises and dealers.
• Conduct daily physical audits, maintain accurate inventory records and monitor dead stock and stock‑outs.
• Manage sales of new and dead‑stock parts, collect orders from dealers and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor activity and trends, and support development of alternate parts for obsolete items.
• Handle warranty, rejected, faulty, scrap and dismantled unit parts according to SOPs.
• Perform quality inspections of received parts and report damaged stock for resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in spare parts planning, inventory management or related store operations.
