About the role
The Strategic Customer Development Manager will drive revenue growth for USP across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Strategic Customer Development Lead, APAC, you will work remotely to convert industry prospects into customers, deepen account relationships and act as the internal Voice of the Customer for the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Southeast Asia.
- Identify and qualify new prospects, converting them into long-term USP customers.
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with key accounts to increase USP’s penetration and overall account value.
- Collaborate with Market Development Manager, regional teams and program operations to align initiatives and support customer needs.
- Provide market feedback and act as the Voice of the Customer to inform product and service development.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the pharmaceutical, health-science or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and manage complex accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
