Strategic Project Manager (Finance) – Remote

About the role

The Strategic Project Lead, Finance will oversee high‑impact financial initiatives, translating data into actionable insights and driving decision‑making across the organization. This full‑time remote position reports to senior leadership and focuses on financial planning, analysis, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance projects from initiation through budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial strategies with long‑term business goals.
• Develop and implement financial models to evaluate project feasibility and ROI.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial project management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex financial data.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS or other relevant accounting standards.
