Strategic Project Manager – Medical Technology (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager with a medical doctorate to lead cross‑functional initiatives in medical technology. The role is fully remote and involves aligning project objectives with both business and clinical goals while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to deliver solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure projects meet clinical requirements and standards.
• Monitor progress using data‑driven metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent medical degree with at least 5 years of clinical or medical‑technology experience.
• Proven track record leading strategic projects in healthcare, biotechnology, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
• Ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies in a healthcare context.
