Strategic Project Manager – Remote (Medical Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead medical technology initiatives remotely. The role bridges clinical expertise with technology development, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business and healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, and clinical experts to deliver solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure projects meet clinical requirements and standards.
• Monitor project progress using data‑driven metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent medical degree with at least 5 years of clinical or medical‑technology experience.
• Proven track record leading strategic projects in healthcare or biotechnology.
• Strong knowledge of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
• Ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall project‑management methodologies in a healthcare context.
