Strategy & Projects Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy & Projects Lead to work directly with the CEO as we build Pakistan’s first four‑season mountain destination. You will shape the investor narrative, develop financial models and turn strategic decisions into concrete actions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the investor story and financial narrative for the project.
• Create investor‑facing materials such as decks, memos and briefing documents.
• Conduct market and competitor research to keep positioning sharp.
• Manage communications with investors and key audiences, maintaining the narrative between major milestones.
• Identify and pursue strategic collaborations and coordinate external content and campaigns.
• Translate decisions into actionable deliverables, track progress and follow up on outstanding items.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting or a comparable operating environment.
• Strong desire to understand large‑scale project financing and eventually lead such projects.
• Excellent written English and the ability to craft clear, senior‑level presentations.
• Comfort with numbers, financial modelling and interpreting data‑driven stories.
• Proactive, high emotional intelligence and comfortable working with senior government, business and creative stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments with shifting priorities.
