Stream Head – Lead Digital Healthcare Platform

About the role

The Stream Head will own the end‑to‑end business of Apna Clinic, driving strategy, P&L, product portfolio and growth across a fully integrated digital healthcare ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Apna Clinic, this senior leader will shape the platform into Pakistan’s leading health and wellness companion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall business strategy, annual operating plan and long‑term growth roadmap.
• Take full ownership of revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, GMV, customer acquisition, transaction volumes and profitability.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive portfolio covering doctor consultations, pharmacy, diagnostics, hospitals, procedures, wellness, insurance and digital health records.
• Lead strategic partnerships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, insurers, payment platforms and technology providers.
• Set commercial models, pricing structures and commission frameworks for all partners.
• Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities and regulatory governance.
• Oversee technology platform performance, scalability, reliability, security and integration with JazzWorld, JazzCash and related services.
• Establish operational governance across consultations, prescription fulfilment, pharmacy delivery, diagnostic collection, report delivery and customer support.

Required profile

• Proven commercial and entrepreneurial leadership in a digital healthcare or health‑tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L, drive revenue growth and maintain sustainable profitability.
• Experience building scalable healthcare ecosystems with strong clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Track record of forming and managing strategic partnerships across the health sector.
• Strategic vision to transform a transactional health app into an everyday health and wellness companion.
