Structural Design Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer to join our Islamabad office. The role involves delivering high‑quality structural designs and analyses for reinforced concrete and steel projects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and modelling using ETABS, XTRACT, and IDEA StatiCa.
• Develop structural concepts, load paths, and design solutions for concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, reinforcement detailing, and technical documentation using CAD tools.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, internal standards, and BIM requirements.
• Maintain accurate BIM models throughout project phases.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and participate in technical reviews and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a CGPA above 3.0.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in structural analysis and modelling.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of meeting project timelines and working effectively within a team.
