About the role
An international education consultancy that helps students apply to universities abroad is looking for a young, confident and energetic Student Counselor to join its study abroad team in Islamabad. The work is done in person and involves guiding students through their applications.
Key responsibilities
- Counsel students about study abroad options
- Handle student queries professionally by phone, walk-ins and online platforms
- Guide students through the application process
- Follow up with leads and maintain records
- Coordinate with the processing team
Required profile
- Minimum graduation (Bachelor's degree); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Quick learner and goal-oriented
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus
