Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

The Study Abroad Advisor will work on‑site in Multan, guiding prospective students through every step of the overseas education journey. You will provide personalized counseling, help select universities and courses, and support applicants from initial inquiry to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial counseling sessions to assess academic profiles and career goals.
• Advise on university and course selection, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
• Coordinate collection of documents, prepare application packages, and assist with language test and interview preparation.
• Provide detailed guidance on visa processes, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, follow‑up communication, and update CRM/student management system.
• Collaborate with partner universities, deliver information sessions, and support families with travel, accommodation, and pre‑departure arrangements.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Counseling, International Relations, Business) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in student advising, study‑abroad services, or education consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for clear guidance and relationship‑building.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, work with diverse backgrounds, and uphold high ethical standards.

Required skills
