Study Abroad Consultant

About the role

Emigrants is seeking a full-time Study Abroad Consultant to join its Karachi office. The consultant will guide prospective students through every step of the overseas education journey, from selecting suitable programmes to completing visa applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized consultations to students and families, recommending academic programmes that match their goals and qualifications.
• Assist applicants with the preparation and submission of study-visa documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with partner universities and colleges abroad to obtain admission information, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
• Stay current on global education trends, visa policy changes, and scholarship programmes.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system and generate regular reports on client progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising students on international study options.
• Strong knowledge of visa application processes and education policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business or a related field.
