About the role
Own inventory planning and replenishment from forecasting and supplier coordination to warehouse receipt and availability, with a strong focus on preventing stock-outs.
Key responsibilities
- Plan inventory and replenishment for assigned SKUs based on sales, stock levels, lead times, seasonality, and supplier availability.
- Prepare forecasts and timely reorder plans, coordinating requirements with suppliers and the Supplier Relationship team.
- Identify stock‑out risks early and drive corrective actions to closure.
- Track purchase orders, inbound shipments, warehouse receipt, inspection, and movement toward Amazon.
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics, freight, customs, and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate landed costs and cross‑border logistics options to support commercially sensible decisions.
- Maintain accurate inventory, ETA, lead‑time, and exception records.
Required profile
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
- Analytical mindset comfortable with inventory, forecasting, costs, and logistics.
- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates issues before they affect availability.
- Strong communication skills and professional English.
- Experience with inventory systems, ERP/Excel, forecasting tools, or e‑commerce operations.
