Supply Chain Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Executive to support our supply chain operations and ensure a smooth flow of products from suppliers to warehouses and ultimately to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of supply chain strategies that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
• Assist with end‑to‑end inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, demand forecasting, and executing replenishment plans.
• Use analytics to help optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations.
• Follow best practices to maintain inventory accuracy, healthy turnover rates, and minimal stockouts.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Support contract negotiations, track supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics roles.
• Working knowledge of e‑commerce supply chain operations, including forecasting, demand planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
