Supply Chain Key Account Executive

About the role

Layers is building the infrastructure for a global circular fashion supply chain. The Supply Chain Key Account Executive is the frontline link between our Pakistani suppliers and internal teams such as Quality Control, Logistics, Finance and Sales, ensuring that raw supply is turned into fulfilled orders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with assigned suppliers, covering stock, pricing, order status and dispatch timelines.
• Collect and verify accurate supplier information (inventory, categories, grades, quantities, prices) and keep supplier profiles up to date.
• Coordinate orders from supplier confirmation through quality inspection, processing and dispatch, tracking quantities, costs and deadlines.
• Identify and flag potential delays, shortages or fulfillment risks before they affect customers.
• Work with the QC manager to schedule inspections, communicate feedback and ensure non‑compliant stock is resolved.
• Record supplier commitments, quotations and performance data, escalating issues when necessary.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on accurate reporting.
• Relentlessly persistent in chasing updates and resolving issues.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset; enjoys taking ownership of tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills for documenting supplier interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (QC, Logistics, Finance, Sales).
