Supply Chain Management Intern (MTO Programme)

About the role

Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery (MWD), established in 1989 and operating across 44 U.S. cities, offers a 6-month Management Trainee Officer (MTO) programme in Supply Chain & Operations for fresh graduates. Trainees work with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to understand business workflows, support daily operations and build analytical and coordination skills within an international organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily supply chain, logistics and operational activities.
• Support shipment tracking, delivery scheduling and route coordination.
• Maintain operational records, shipment data and delivery documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflows and timely deliveries.
• Identify operational discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other systems for data management and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates who completed their degree in 2026 or are expected to graduate by the end of 2026.
• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, work collaboratively and adapt to operational requirements.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts and attend the office onsite.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.

What we offer

• Fixed monthly salary of PKR 100,000.
• Weekend holidays (Saturday and Sunday).
• Onsite work arrangement; remote work is not available.
• Possibility of a full-time position after the programme, depending on performance and management approval (permanent employment is not guaranteed).
