Supply Chain Manager (Procurement & Vendor Management)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, vendor selection, and material delivery for our projects. The role requires close coordination with project teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective supply of consumables and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve project buyers’ purchase requisitions (PRs) and material requirement plans (MRPs).
• Ensure RFQs are sent to qualified vendors and manage the quotation review process.
• Approve sourcing of new suppliers, consolidate consumable requirements, and negotiate rate contracts.
• Oversee vendor selection, comparative statement (CST) preparation, and purchase order (PO) issuance.
• Monitor material delivery, import procedures, LC establishment, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
• Manage critical vendor payments, advances, and coordinate with finance for adjustments.
• Provide regular procurement progress reports to the Head of Supply Chain and maintain records of payables and procurement status.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of supply chain or procurement experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
