Supply Chain Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for a high‑volume e‑commerce platform. The position is fully remote, allowing you to coordinate procurement, inventory, and fulfillment from anywhere. You will work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimise procurement, production and distribution.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses to avoid stockouts and excess holding costs.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline shipping, customs clearance and last‑mile delivery.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend cost‑saving improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations in e‑commerce or retail environments.
• Proficiency with supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle or JDA.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding and customs compliance.
• Excellent analytical abilities to evaluate performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
