Supply Chain Officer

About the role

The Supply Chain Officer will manage procurement and logistics for educational materials, equipment, and services at Allied Schools. Based on the Faisalabad campus, this full‑time position ensures timely, cost‑effective sourcing and smooth distribution across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities for educational supplies, equipment, and services.
• Track orders, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to resolve supply issues.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑optimization initiatives for the supply chain function.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably within education or a service‑oriented sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and support cost‑effective decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
