Surveillance Operator (On‑site)

About the role

INSAF is seeking a full‑time Surveillance Operator to work on‑site in Faisalabad. You will be the eyes and ears of the security team, continuously monitoring live and recorded video feeds, access‑control systems and alarms to protect people and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, access‑control panels and alarm systems in real time.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, safety incidents or policy violations.
• Document events accurately and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Escalate critical issues to internal teams or external authorities promptly.
• Collaborate with on‑ground security personnel and support investigations by reviewing footage.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is operational and perform routine checks.
• Maintain logs and follow standard operating procedures.
• Participate in regular training on security protocols and new technologies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; security‑related certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality and adherence to privacy guidelines.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
