System Engineer – On-site (Karachi)

About the role

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our Karachi team. The role involves designing, implementing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliable business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and optimise servers, network components and virtualization environments.
• Monitor system performance, manage backups, recovery and security controls.
• Perform routine system administration tasks, including user account management and configuration documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for internal users and clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
