System & Network Administrator (Night Shift)

About the role

Level3 BOS (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a skilled System & Network Administrator to ensure the reliability, security and performance of its IT infrastructure. The role operates on a night shift (08:00 PM – 05:00 AM) and requires hands‑on management of Windows servers, virtualization platforms and enterprise networks.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Monitor system health, apply patches, perform backups and manage disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Administer VMware or Hyper‑V virtual machines and related storage.
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
• Implement endpoint protection, respond to security incidents and maintain compliance documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support, coordinate with vendors and ensure 24/7 availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in system and network administration.
• Comfortable working night shift and handling critical issues under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs.
• Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS.
• VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization.
• Backup solutions and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Basic Linux administration.
• Monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Network+).
