Systems Engineer (3-5 Years Experience)

About the role

We are a Managed Services Provider delivering enterprise IT services to international clients. We seek a Level‑2 Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud expertise to support multiple client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Controllers and Windows Server (2008‑2022) and manage Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Support hybrid infrastructures, configure Azure AD Connect, manage Azure resources and assist with cloud migrations.
• Administer VMware ESXi and vCenter, deploy and maintain virtual machines, and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam and cloud‑to‑cloud tools.
• Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and enforce security hardening with MFA, Conditional Access and Intune policies.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of system administration experience, primarily with Microsoft technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in hybrid (on‑prem + cloud) environments and managing multi‑tenant Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with network, security and cloud teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Administration, Exchange Online migrations, Azure AD / Entra ID, Azure AD Connect.
• Windows Server (2008‑2022) and Group Policy management.
• VMware ESXi, vCenter virtualization.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, Conditional Access.
• Backup solutions (Veeam or equivalent) and cloud‑to‑cloud backup.
